To move data from your old iPhone to new iPhone using iCloud, you first need to back up your data to iCloud. We will show you how in the section below.
Step one: First off, open the Settings app on your old iPhone (make sure your iPhone is now connected to a Wi-Fi network). After that, tap on your name at the top of the screen, hit iCloud and select iCloud Backup
Step two: Next up, turn on the switch to enable iCloud Backup on your iPhone and hit Back Up Now
Step three: Once your iPhone finishes backing up your data, head to your new iPhone and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device
Step four: Once you see the App & Data screen, hit Restore from iCloud Backup and tap on Next
Step five: Sign in with your Apple ID and password to complete the task.

You can use iTunes to move data from an iPhone to another. However, you first need to make a backup of your old device before moving ahead.
Step one: Open iTunes and connect your old iPhone to your computer (make sure you now have the latest version of iTunes on your computer)
Step two: Once you are done, select your device in iTunes and hit Back Up Now
Step three: Power on your new iPhone and follow the instructions to set up your device. Once you see the App & Data screen, hit Restore from iTunes Backup
Step four: Next up, connect your new iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. After that, select your device and locate the Backup.
