Step one: First off, you need to launch the Files app on your iOS device and then tap on the Edit button at the top right corner of the screen

Step two: Next up, you will see the horizontal lines to the right of all the tags. Now, just simply need to tap and hold the horizontal lines next to a tag and drag it to a different place

Step three: Once you are done, hit the Done button to save the change.
