Instagram users are certainly familiar with the white interface of the app which was rolled out in 2016. However, if you want to change its color, then you will probably like a new free jailbreak tweak named ColorGram created by Justin Petkovic – an iOS developer.
To be more specific, this tweak allows you to change the color of many elements of the Instagram app instead of looking at the same boring color interface.
When you already have ColorGram installed, in the Settings app section, a new preference pane will appear.
Once you are in, it’s divided into different categories, based on the app elements users are able to change. Specifically, the color of headers and tab bars, refresh view, UI mask view, carousel indicator, button view, text in the app can be customized. In addition, user can also hide the gradient ring from stores in the app.
Choosing color is pretty convenient for most of mentioned options, you can select a favorite color using hex-based color mode. Apart from that, only text color is limited to choose. The app provides diverse colors to choose, such as white, black, gray, light gray, dark gray, orange, blue, green, etc.
Apparently instead of changing all over the app’s options, you can customize some of them. For that case, you should change all of the settings to a uniform color scheme so that your app will look better then.
If you are interested in this new tweak to colorize your Instagram app yourself, the app is now priced from Cydia’s BigBoss repository at $1.49.
ColorGram is able to run on jailbroken iOS 10 iPhone and Pad, and works with Instagram 10.19, which is the newest version.
