Step 4: After that, select Delete Software

Step 5: Lastly, you have to select Archive when asked to confirm that you want to archive the game.

This method allows you to uninstall the game without deleting the game’s icon on your Home screen. So, if you want to re-download it, you can find it easily. The game save data won’t be deleted and you can pick up where you left off if you want to put the game back onto your Switch.
