Step one: First off, you need to launch Safari or your preferred web browser on your iPhone, iPad or Mac and head over to this link here
Step two: Once you are in, you simply need to log in to your existing Apple ID. After that, choose the Edit button located on the right-hand side of the Account page
Step three: Next up, you are now supposed to choose “Change Email Address” under the Apple ID section
Step four: You simply need to enter your new email address you want to use and associate with your Apple ID into the input field. Make sure that you enter your email address correctly. Once you are done, all you need to do is click Continue
Step five: Wait until you receive a verification email, then enter the verification code into the box and choose “Verify”
Step six: Hit the Done button to complete the task.
