Steps to install WhatsApp on iPad using WhatsPad++

WhatsApp is now one of the most used messaging services in the market. Facebook’s owned social network allows millions of users to send text messages, images, videos, and voice notes to your friends and families. WhatsApp is not designed for iPads and it requires your active phone number to create an account.

If you now have a jailbroken iPad, you can easily install WhatsApp thanks to the help of Cydia tweaks. However, jailbreaking makes your device more vulnerable to malware and hacking software. Fortunately, there is a simple way you can use to install WhatsApp on your iPad.

In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the steps to install WhatsApp on your iPad. Before we begin, we are going to use WhatsPad++, a modified version of WhatsApp, to install WhatsApp on an iPad.

Steps to download and install WhatsApp on your iPad using WhatsPad++

Step one: First off, you are supposed to download WhatsPad++ IPA to your computer. You can download it by head over to this link here

Step two: Once you are done, you need to download Cydia Impactor from here to your computer. After that, you have to connect your iPad to your computer using a USB cable and open Cydia Impactor on your computer

Step three: Next up, you need to drag the WhatsPad++ IPA file onto Cydia Impactor. Once you are done, enter your Apple ID username and password to generate signing certificate. Remember that you will be able to create a secondary Apple ID if you don’t want to provide your primary Apple ID

Step four: Once you are done, Cydia Impactor will begin installing WhatsPad++ onto your device. You will see the WhatsPad++ icon on the home screen once the installation process is finished

Step five: Next up, head to Settings, tap on General and select Profiles before opening the app

Step six: Once you are done, select the profile that contains your Apple ID and then click on the Trust button to proceed

Step seven: Head back to your home screen and launch WhatsApp on your iPad. Once you are done, you are now able to send and receive messages using WhatsApp on your iPad

Note that the app will start to crash after 7 days, meaning that you need to re-install it using Cydia Impactor.
